All of our cottages are designed to ensure you have a really comfortable stay. Furnished to a high standard in individual style, each bedroom has an exceptionally comfortable bed, good storage for your possessions and includes useful additions such as USB power sockets, a hair dryer, iron and board and en-suite shower room. In the living area there's a comfy sofa plus Smart TV and every kitchen has a hob and oven, dishwasher and Espresso coffee machine (Nespresso pod compatible). Some of our Courtyard Cottages also have washing machines as well as private courtyard-style garden areas at the rear of the property, accessibly through patio doors from your room.

Durham City Cottages are the perfect base for business stays who are looking for a quiet yet convenient environment in which to work. Being just a few miles from Durham city centre, and within easy reach of transport hubs and routes to commercial centres, including Gateshead and Newcastle, Sunderland and Darlington, it is the ideal location for short stays of 1-2 nights through to longer stays with no minimum/maximum term.
